General Topics

When booking an appointment at Eüca Beauty, you are agreeing to all of our salon policies. The appointment duration shown is estimated. Depending on the skill of your technician, the actual service duration may vary.To ensure our technicians in receiving fair living wages, we have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. We kindly ask you to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. We thank you in advance for your understanding and support.

No-shows

We will charge a fee of 50% of the cost of requested services when canceled or rescheduled bookings with less than 12 hours notice

Late Arrival

Reschedule or Cancellation

Our grace period is 15 minutes. If arriving 15 minutes after your appointment time, we may request you to reschedule, depending on our availability, and no-show fees will be charged. 


To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please use the link provided in the appointment confirmation email. Call-ins with no-shows more than 2 times will be blocked from future bookings.

Gratuity

Our hard-working technicians would really appreciate your generosity. We accept Venmo, Cash, and Credit Card gratuity.

Group Bookings

Please contact us three weeks in advance for any group booking of over 4 people. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and a 20% default gratuity. We do offer special hourly rate for any special events such as Bachelorette Party, Birthday Celebration, Fundraising, etc.

Medical Condition

Before your service, we may kindly ask you to fill out our questionnaire about your health conditions, special needs, ingrown toenails, allergies or injuries, etc. This information will significantly help us to advise the best service for your needs. By state law, we must refuse service to any guest who has communicable skin diseases. Thank you for your cooperation.

Children Policy

We understand sometimes it is not easy to find a baby-sitter when all you wanted was a pampering time by yourself or with loved ones. However, due to Health and Safety concerns, children under the age of 12, without receiving a service, must be supervised by another adult. Many professionally-used products could be dangerous to children. Thus, we do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Animal Policy

We adore animals, but unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Service animals with ADA-approved (The Americans With Disabilities Act) are welcome.

Refusal of Service/
Zero Tolerance Policy

At Eüca, we have zero tolerance for any guest who exercises sexual comments/remarks, discrimination (based on race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability), harassment, or inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service. Let's make Eüca a truly happy place.

Refund Policy
